Collection/Withdrawal Policy

Bogoleta Couture offers its customers the possibility of collecting their orders online no seu workshop. The pushing no atelier It is free however we warn that:

This is a free shipment, but although you enter your address at checkout, the order will not arrive at the customer's home at any time. To receive the order at home, you must choose normal shipping.

Your order will not be available for collection automatically after purchase. You will have to wait for an indication from us that the order is available for collection and only then move ao atelier. Usually orders for pick-up nthe atelier stay available for collection the next business day. At times of sales peaks such as the launch of new collections or sales, the withdrawal may take a few more days. In either case they should just move ao atelier after SMS of withdrawal confirmation.

For picking up parts no atelier, you will receive a confirmation SMS that you must present to pick up the order.

All exchanges of items purchased online with withdrawal no atelier will have to be carried out through contact by email to sales@bogoletacouture.com.

If you have chosen the withdrawal by mistake no atelier but actually wanted to choose home delivery, you should contact us by email to the sales@bogoletacouture.pt so you can pay for the shipping and your order will be processed again.

If you have chosen the PICK UP pick-up by mistake, there will be an additional cost associated with returning your order.

Withdrawals in PICK UP can only be carried out no our atelier. Points of sale are excluded from the PICK UP modality.
